Metal alloys

MBN pure nickel powder is specifically engineered for Cold Gas Spray applications, offering high deposition efficiency, dense coatings, and excellent process stability. Its rounded morphology and low fine content ensure smooth flow, reduced material waste, and consistent spray performance. The powder’s fine-grained structure promotes strong adhesion and minimal porosity without requiring post-processing.

Key Benefits:
• High productivity
• Dense, uniform coatings
• Low material waste

  • Optimized for CGS systems

Ideal for dense bond layers with oxidation resistance and functional metallic coatings in aerospace and industrial repair applications.

Tungsten-Copper

W-Cu powder is engineered ensuring a fine and homogeneous distribution of elements within each powder particle thanks to the proprietary solid state alloying process.

Compared to the usual co-feeding system of elemental powders (W + Cu) with the MBN’s HEBM powder the coating composition is the same of the starting powder.

This advanced material offers a unique combination of high electrical conductivity, low thermal expansion, and excellent erosion resistance, making it ideal for applications such as electrical contacts, heat sinks, and components exposed to arc erosion.

This powder is available in various Tungsten-Copper ratios (W: 50–75%, Cu: 50–25%), the formulation can be customized to match your application needs—enhancing hardness or ductility depending on the metal balance.

Key Features:

  • Tailored composite compositions
  • Uniformly dispersed phases
  • Stable and aggregated morphology
  • Powder size range: 15–45 µm (other sizes on request)
