Iron-Nickel-Phosphorus

CL190 is an extraordinary material series, which cover all hardness/resilience field for diamond Tools. Thanks to a special formulation diamond retention is improved as in cobalt based products. 

CL190 products are suitable to produce the whole range of possible diamond tools applications from cutting sectors to fickerts and rollers. CL190 products can be sintered in hot presses at about 750°C or in free sintering furnaces at about 900-950°C.
