Mechanoweld®  is a line of powders manufactured specifically for the laser cladding process by the proprietary mechano-chemical process of MBN

Mechanoweld® products have been designed for the additive manufacturing by powder deposition of LMD , powder cladding and plasma deposition. The martensitic microstructure provides a high hardness in the as deposited conditions together with a unmatched toughness of the alloyed matrix. This combination of effects allows a seamless deposition on a wide processing conditions windows in a crack free and fully dense microstructure.
