MBN Nanomaterialia can provide customized powder materials for additive manufacturing processes based on powder blown technology – like the laser metal deposition (LMD) – and the laser cladding technology.

Material composition ranges from Titanium-based alloys, titanium aluminide alloys, modified stainless steels, metal composites and CerMets. The powder morphology and particle size distribution can be engineered according to the feeding system. These materials have been tested and applied for gas turbine components, automotive molds, mechanical components and tools.
