MBN Nanomaterialia was born in 1994 from an original idea of its founders and close collaborators that, on the basis of mechano-chemical synthesis technology, built-up a technical and scientific structure provided by production plants able to produce nano-materials at industrial scale (150 ton/range). This process technology is essentially based on the "High energy ball milling" principles.

MBN’s mission is to bring nanotechnology from research environment to everyday life products. Consequently MBN Nanomaterialia offers a special kind of materials (including nano-features inside) that can be treated using the traditional manufacturing processes.

MBN offers innovative material solutions that are the direct outcome of scientific and technological research initiatives performed at National and European level in collaboration with Universities, Research Institutes and Industries.

MBN is author of many scientific articles and owns several patents. Nowadays MBN Nanomaterialia SpA is one of the most well-known Nanomaterials manufacturing Companies in Europe.
